Going Campin'

2012-10-12 13:33:24 by Pride

Starting in 4 hours. Paintballing, rock-climbing, Skateboarding and some good old fashioned Christian bible lectures (cause it's a Christian camp retreat).

Anyway, I'll be gone for four days.

I'll probably be with a little to no internet access, so in the meantime stay classy.

Vice Presidential Debate 2012

Featuring: Joe Biden and Paul Ryan

Date: Thursday, October 11. 2012

Moderator: Martha Raddatz (Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent) ABC News

Location: Centre College, Danville, KY

Emphasis: Domestic and Foreign Policy

As most of us heard/understood Mitt Romney was able to win the first the debate on "Domestic Policy" against the incumbent President Barack Obama. Now it's time for the VP debate!!

Alright Newgrounds, how do you see the second debate playing out? What does Biden/Ryan have to do to win it or consequently what is the biggest obstacle either candidate needs to overcome during the debate (i.e. what may lose it for Biden/Ryan)?

Discussion Welcomed

Support Newgrounds and try the all new Shrimp bowl at Rubio's. It is amazing.

That is all.

Also, Lil Jon is awesome.

But first Fall. Kind of exciting, really sick of the hot weather and I can't wait for snowboarding season. What's up with you?

Here's some Linkin Park.

Well, 4th of July was pretty awesome.

Currently enrolling in some Kendo classes to stay in shape (learn something new too) and studying for the Lsat. Also I'll probably be attending the Comic-con in San Deigo, if I know you hit me up.

On a side-note: Here is a new metal song I recently discovered:

The music video will be out Friday (9th).

Probably the most realistic RPG I have ever played.

My Thoughts:

After exploring Kickstarter for like a day, I've come to the conclusion that I like it. Most of the companies on the site look very professional and it is fairly easy to weed out the ones that are not (i.e. projects that can't deliver upon rewards or their pitch).

I would also probably recommend it over Indiegogo mainly because: kickstarter doesn't have a bunch of charity/fund my life projects (professional projects only); the site layout is cleaner; the all or nothing policy assures that my money isn't taken if the project is not funded; IndieGoGo has a higher project fee (9%).

There are plenty of crowd-funding sites though, so it doesn't hurt to explore.

Here are some other projects I like:

"Chivas"- awesome socks

"Dead State"- Zombie survival game

"Apollo"- dress shirts

If there are any other good projects that need funding, or just look awesome, show me!

How is a raven like a writing desk?

Hint: There is a B in both and a N in neither

To anyone who knows me (somewhat):

My life is still relatively busy with work/college, but I'll be around to chill occasionally. I'll be around more on weekends, but feel free to hit me up.

I'll keep it simple.

I have two jobs, a girlfriend, friends, and college work. I just don't have the time to be on here right now.

I do wish this this site the best of luck with the upcoming redesign, and I bid a fond farewell to all my NG Friends.

Keep fighting the Good Fight!
